Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer refunds/exchange only if the product is damaged. Since each product is created lovingly for you, it becomes difficult to process size exchanges. We request you to check Size guides on Product pages to determine the right size for you and accordingly place the orders.
To return a defective item, please contact us and send us a video of the defective/damaged product and we will generate a return authorization for you after verifying it. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. The item(s) must be unused and in original packaging. We will place a new order for you.
REFUNDS
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order incase you wish to cancel it. We would be unable to cancel orders if they have already been printed or shipped to you, typically this takes 1-2 days from placing the order.
Once we receive the order cancellation, it will take 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see a refund, please feel free to contact us at support@zca7.com
INVALID REASONS
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Zach Christian Apparel. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
